Amaryllis Papantoniou holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from City University London and is an alumna of The English School in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Amaryllis represents individuals, companies, and partnerships in contract negotiations for commercial and corporate agreements, including loan and pledge agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and property transactions. Her experience extends to drafting legal opinions, conducting due diligence reports under Cypriot law, and representing clients at Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings.  She acts as a trustee and administrator in trusts and wills, advising foundations and NGOs, managing company incorporations, SPVs, corporate structuring (including M&As), and handling IP registrations and bank account openings.

Professional Highlights:

  • Advised and represented internationally based clients before court in high-profile corporate restructurings, including cross-border mergers, active in real estate and gemstone markets.
  • Successfully advised and represented a corporate entity in a complex sale of a company active in real estate.
  • Provided legal opinion and represented a pharmaceutical company based in the European Union for the conclusion of a pledge agreement.

Amaryllis is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and Nicosia Bar Association since 2018. She is a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator, holds an ICA Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and is an affiliate member of STEP. She has also earned a Corporate Administrator certificate and is representing the law firm at European Law Firm Meetings. Amaryllis further enhanced her experience as an intern at a renowned Magic Circle law firm in London.

In addition to her legal career, she serves as Vice President of the Rodax Foundation of Art and Culture.
