It is with deep respect and admiration that we remember our esteemed founder, Antonis S. Papantoniou, who passed away this year after almost 40 years as a dedicated practicing advocate. Antonis was a visionary leader and a passionate advocate for justice. His dedication to the evolution of the legal profession and his unwavering commitment to his clients laid the foundation for the firm’s. His legacy continues to inspire us to uphold the highest standards of legal excellence and his teachings pave the way for continuous enhancement of our services. 

Antonis S. Papantoniou studied law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece. He has provided legal services to numerous Greek and multinational companies which are engaged mainly on international trade and business. He specialized mainly on Corporate and Commercial Law, Economic Law, Energy Law, Tax Law, Financial Law (Stock Exchange) and Arbitration. He published a series of articles in Greek and Cypriot legal journals on legal issues relating to taxation, commercial and corporate law. He served as a member of the Nicosia Bar Association and the Cyprus Bar Association, the Cyprus Research Centre, the Board of the Cyprus Center for European Public Law, the International Society of Logistics (SOLE) and the Association of European Legal Community.
