Antonis S. Papantoniou

Antonis S. Papantoniou studied law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece.

He has provided legal services to numerous Greek and multinational companies which are engaged mainly on international trade and business. He specializes mainly on Corporate and Commercial Law, Economic Law, Energy Law, Tax Law, Financial Law (Stock Exchange) and Arbitration.

He has published a series of articles in Greek and Cypriot legal journals on legal issues relating to taxation, commercial and corporate law.

He is a member of the Nicosia Bar Association and the Cyprus Bar Association, the Cyprus Research Centre, the Board of the Cyprus Center for European Public Law, the International Society of Logistics (SOLE) and the Association of European Legal Community.

He speaks fluently Greek and English.
